License, payment and refunds

The Agent is free. You only buy a license for the Center, per year, with a number of Agent seats.

Pricing

Example, 3 Agents for 2 years: 80 + 30 × 2 years × 2 seats = 200 USD. Use the calculator on the Pricing page.

Trial

1 month free, 1 Agent, all features. The first activation requires an internet connection. When the trial ends, enter a purchased key to continue, keeping your configuration and data.

Purchase and activation

1. Choose a plan and pay via PayPal.
2. The Serial Key appears right after payment and is sent by email.
3. Center → License (Giấy phép) → enter the key → Activate (Kích hoạt) (internet required the first time).

Each key runs on one Center at a time. To move to another machine, deactivate it on the old machine.

Buying extra Agent seats mid-term

The purchase page shows the price for both options so you can choose:

1. Aligned renewal: the Center and all seats are extended to a full 12 months from the purchase date — the whole license shares one expiry date.
2. Current term: the new seat is billed up to the existing expiry date: 30 USD ÷ 12 × months remaining.

Network loss, server problems

Once successfully activated, the Center keeps running normally with no time limit when it cannot reach the license server.

Renewal and expiry

• A reminder email is sent when 1 month is left. While the license is valid, the software does not nag you.
• On expiry: the Center only opens the License page and stops receiving backups. Backup files on disk are not locked — see Manual restore.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through PayPal. When a refund is issued, the corresponding key is revoked and the Center reports it as invalid at the next check.

Cloud relay (connection method 3)

SaintBackup relay: 1 TB = 50 USD, prepaid, deducted by actual data volume. The Center estimates the GB per month and how long 1 TB will last. Your own R2/S3 bucket: free.
